As part of the Global Immersion Experience Program, an international group of MBA students from the University of Florida – Warrington College of Business visited the Croatian site of HAHN Automation Group.
The visit gave the students an opportunity to experience a global automation company firsthand. They gained insights into the company’s structure, current projects, and operational processes, as well as the collaboration that takes place across an internationally positioned organization.
Personal exchange was an important part of the visit. During discussions, participants explored current industry challenges and future developments from different perspectives. Topics ranged from technological innovation and changes in automation to international business strategies and the demands of global markets.
The visit once again demonstrated the value of international exchange between academia and industry. Bringing together different experiences and perspectives creates opportunities for new ideas and insights – both for the students and for the HAHN Automation Group colleagues involved.
