Have you completed your studies in a technical field and would now like to put down professional roots in Mechanical Engineering? In our Trainee Program, you will be actively involved in the company from day one and learn everything you need for your professional life at the same time.

The Program Flow in Five Phases
In the first six months, you will receive initial training to ensure your basic skills and knowledge. You will get to know processes and work closely with your coach.
In the following six months, you will be given increasingly independent tasks so that you can further expand your theoretical and practical know-how.
After your first year at HAHN, you will spend three months at one of our locations abroad to familiarize yourself with our international activities and prepare yourself optimally for the project business.
After your stay abroad, you will spend four months in another department, where you will become more familiar with connected areas and interfaces. This will give you a comprehensive overview of the company's processes and operations.
In the final five months of the trainee program, you will be settled in your future department and gradually familiarize yourself with your area of responsibility. After successfully completing the program, you will be transitioned into a regular employment contract.
