What Do Other Former or Current Students Say About Their Opportunities at HAHN?

At HAHN, I had the opportunity to work full-time while studying for my Master's Degree. In my position as Service Project Leader at the time, I was offered flexible working hours so that I could combine my career and studies in the best possible way. This valuable experience not only helped me to achieve my academic goals, but also to develop my professional skills.

Jan Peter Konrad

Sales Application Engineer

During my studies in Industrial Engineering, I had the opportunity to join HAHN as a Working Student. I was initially involved in the planning of a new building and was then able to settle into Project Management. After successfully completing my Bachelor's Degree, I was offered a permanent position in the company and have been working as a Project Controller since then. I really appreciate the fact that you can get involved at HAHN right from the start and always have room and opportunities for further development.

Marvin Schulzki

Project Controller

Parallel to my studies in Business Psychology, I was given the opportunity to start as a Working Student at HAHN, which gave me an insight into company processes and practical activities early on in my studies. After successfully completing my Bachelor's thesis at the company, I was taken on as a People & Culture Consultant specializing in personnel development. Since then, I have not only been able to realize numerous further training requests for colleagues, but have also been able to complete my Master's and MBA in Transformation Design & Management at the same time.

Dana Besha

People & Culture Consultant

After graduating from high school, I completed an apprenticeship as an Industrial Clerk at HAHN. As I then wanted to expand my knowledge in the fields of Engineering and Business, I decided to study Industrial Engineering at Koblenz University of Applied Sciences. I really appreciate the fact that I was able to continue working at HAHN as a Working Student throughout my studies and that I can now also write my Bachelor's thesis here. As a result, I was able to gain professional experience throughout my studies and always had a practical connection to the subjects I was studying.

Nikolas Wagner

Trainee Procurement

I started at HAHN in 2019 as a Working Student and was able to gain my first experience in the Procurement department. During my Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, I started working full-time at HAHN and have been supporting the management on various strategic and operational projects since then. I like the fact that the work is really varied and that you learn and grow with every project. What I really appreciate is that I am given a lot of trust and that I can work independently.
