What Other Apprentices & Colleagues Say About This Profession:

During my apprenticeship as an Industrial Clerk, I was able to get to know various departments at HAHN. I liked the tasks in Accounting and Fleet Management the most, so I specialized in these areas at the end of my apprenticeship. Today, I work as an Accountant and am also doing further training in Business Administration. The fact that I was able to stay with the company after my apprenticeship confirms that my achievements are appreciated and motivates me to continue giving my best.

Niklas Engelmann

Junior Payables Accountant

I really enjoyed my apprenticeship at the HAHN Automation Group. One of my favorite things was that we were able to get to know so many different areas and departments during the apprenticeship. This allows everyone to discover their strengths and interests. You quickly become an important part of the team and are given responsibility and your own tasks. I liked the fact that I was able to work independently and could organize my working day flexibly thanks to the floating hours and home office.

Mareen Reichardt

Apprentice Industrial Clerk

Right from the start of my apprenticeship as an Industrial Clerk, I was perceived and valued as a full member of the team. This made the apprenticeship period very enjoyable for me and motivated me to build up knowledge beyond the regular training content. Due to my positive experiences in Finance and Controlling, I completed a degree in Controlling after my apprenticeship and returned to HAHN afterwards. I especially like the strong team spirit as well as the work-life balance thanks to flexible working hours.

Annika Merg

Controller

My apprenticeship as an Industrial Clerk gave me the opportunity to get to know many different departments, which provided me with a comprehensive insight into the company's workflows and processes. Today I work in Accounting, especially in Accounts Receivable and Controlling, where I can make full use of my strengths in figures and analysis.

My tip to externals and future apprentices: use the apprenticeship period to get to know as many departments as possible. Keep an open mind and don't be afraid to take on responsibility - this is the best way to develop your skills.
