The Diepenau site offers apprenticeships in three different professions. With us, you will be part of the team from day one and have a very good chance of being taken on after your apprenticeship. Approximately 10% of our workforce was trained here at the site.
Every year, around three new apprentices start at our company, which means there are always between 6 and 9 apprentices. We would be happy for you to become part of our team.

What I particularly like about my apprenticeship as an Industrial Clerk is that I was allowed to take on my own tasks and responsibility at an early stage. I also enjoy being part of an informal yet international team. Working with colleagues is very pleasant and you always get support when you need it. It wasn't difficult for me to choose my apprenticeship company, as I had already completed a one-year internship at HAHN, which I really enjoyed. As a result, I decided to do an apprenticeship as an Industrial Mechanic and have learnt a lot since then. What I like about being a Mechatronics Technician is that the areas of mechanics and electronics are combined, so that I not only assemble components, but also learn how to wire control cabinets, for example.

I enjoy working on the machines the most because it never gets boring and you learn a lot. I also like assembling modules because you have to put together different parts to make larger components and you have to concentrate on it every time.
