As a Design Engineer, you will produce sketches and model drawings, then create detailed drawings for individual use. Today, all design work is done in a 3D program (CAD) - so computers and design programs are your daily working tools.
You work on developing new solutions every day, so you never get bored. When, after several months, you see the finished assembly line in the production hall for which you designed the parts, you can be more than proud of your achievement.

I originally completed an apprenticeship as a Machinist at HAHN. My practical experience in assembly and manufacturing then gave me the opportunity to absolve a Bachelor Professional as a Mechanical Design Engineer. The greatest thing about my job is that I can combine my theoretical and practical knowledge to develop the best possible concepts and solutions.
