Starting at HAHN–Your Onboarding Process

01Contract Conclusion

After you have successfully completed the application process, you will receive your individual contract from us.

02Before You Start

After signing the contract, we will stay in close contact with you and send you all the important information you need to get started at HAHN.

03Your First Day

On your first day with us, you will be given a tour of the company and then take part in an onboarding event with all our new colleagues. You will receive useful information about the company and your day-to-day work.

04Your Onboarding

You will receive an induction plan and - depending on your position and responsibilities - will rotate through various departments to familiarize yourself with your tasks and all processes. One or more colleagues will be assigned to you as a buddy and will be available to answer your questions and make suggestions.

05Further Education

It is important to us that every employee at HAHN has the opportunity to develop and further educate themselves individually. Our HAHN Academy offers internal and external training courses and workshops for this purpose.
