After completing my studies, I found my first employer at HAHN, which gave me both confidence and room for professional development. Initially, I completed an apprenticeship as a Mechanic and then another apprenticeship as a Draughtsman, followed by further training as a Mechanical Engineering Technician at night school. After more than 20 years of professional experience with various employers, the good reputation and recommendations from friends and acquaintances led me to HAHN. I have been working there in Sales since then, and I haven't regretted my new start for a single day. The biggest plus for me is the friendly working atmosphere and the proximity to my home.  
 

I joined HAHN as an Electrician back in 2001 and since then I have not only worked on countless projects, but also traveled to many customer sites in Germany and abroad. The assembly missions in the team in particular are an incredible bonding experience and ensure that problems are solved and solutions developed together. What I appreciate most about HAHN is that I have had a secure job since joining the company, which never gets boring. 
 

After completing my degree in Industrial Engineering specializing in Mechanical Engineering, I initially moved to China for a year to work. Afterwards, I applied for a job at HAHN and have been working there as a Project Manager since then. Over the last few years, I have been able to gain a lot of experience with customers in Germany and abroad and constantly developed my skills. In my role as a Project Manager, I experience new challenges with every project, for which we always develop new solutions as a team. This makes my daily work routine interesting and ensures a strong team spirit. 
 

When I started my apprenticeship as a Mechatronics Technician at HAHN in 2007, I had no idea what stations would await me on my career path. After a few years in Assembly, I switched to Service - first as a Service Technician and later as a Service Project Manager. Now I've been working in Sales for a few years, where I can incorporate the experience I've gained into new projects. I am grateful that there is always room for both personal and professional development at HAHN. 
 

Since my start as an apprentice at HAHN, I have been constantly supported and encouraged in my personal and professional development up to the position of Head of People & Culture. Thanks to the growth-oriented development of the company, you always have the opportunity to advance your area of responsibility and to grow yourself. The strong bond between the entire team also ensures that the fun at work is never lost, even in challenging phases.  
 

I am a state-certified Mechanical Technician specializing in Mechanical Engineering and started at HAHN in July 2015 as a Project Leading Mechanic. I have been Project Leader Assembly since 2017. What I like about my work is that it is very varied and you approach technical challenges in automation together as a team. Another plus is definitely the modern company culture.
