Hans Liesenfeld once made the move from Germany to the United States and embraced change with openness and drive. From the shop floor to management responsibilities, he has always been willing to learn, adapt, and contribute wherever needed. For him, teamwork has always been at the heart of success, and he takes particular pride in seeing dedication turn into tangible results.
Markus Wendling started his journey with little more than determination and curiosity. Over the years, he has become known for hands-on creativity — solving problems in real time, learning by doing, and finding practical solutions on the spot. What he values most is the people around him and the strong sense of community built through shared challenges, hard work, and camaraderie.
