High school robotics students had the opportunity to experience innovation firsthand at HAHN Automation Group's Hebron location. The students engaged in an immersive learning experience, diving into the world of project development through a series of interactive stations.
Participants explored various facets of robotics and automation, beginning with Mechanical Design led by Ken Schlachter, followed by insights into controls with Zach Beckner. The students also participated in virtual reality demonstrations with Dan Friedhoff, enhancing their understanding of modern technology.
Under the guidance of Greg Rice, the group toured active projects, witnessing critical processes such as assembly and machine alignment. Throughout the visit, the HAHN Team showcased projects featuring both industrial and collaborative Fanuc robots, giving students a comprehensive look at the future of automation.
This event was a day filled with learning and inspiration, providing students with a valuable glimpse into the rapidly evolving field of robotics and automation.
