In August, the HAHN Automation Group Austria hosted this year’s Hero Days – an internally organized event dedicated to personal growth, motivation, and collaboration.
Our apprentices seized the opportunity to discover their strengths and gain valuable insights for their professional and personal development. Together with our partner Top Train, they explored key topics such as communication, teamwork, and sustainability. Alongside inspiring presentations, a variety of group activities encouraged participants to immediately apply their new skills in practice.
The highlight was seeing how individual tasks evolved into genuine teamwork – sparking motivation, creativity, and innovative ideas.
We are very proud of our apprentices, who demonstrate every day that growth extends far beyond technical expertise.
