In April, the HAHN Academy welcomed 31 first-year apprentices from various HAHN Automation Group locations, including Diepenau, Engen, Kremsmünster and Rheinböllen, for a DACH-wide event in Rheinböllen. This gathering aimed to strengthen bonds among the apprentices and encourage teamwork.
During the event, apprentices engaged in various activities designed to promote connection and collaboration. They kicked off with introductions and shared a meal, creating an open atmosphere for getting to know one another. Fun competitions at the "Bash Zone" team event in Mainz further facilitated interaction, allowing the apprentices to showcase their skills while enjoying friendly rivalry.
The following day included a guided tour of the Rheinböllen facility led by local apprentices, providing insights into different departments while fostering camaraderie. Workshops and collaborative activities centered around team-building, enabling the apprentices to work together creatively.
The event concluded with a cooking and barbecue session, where apprentices prepared meals as a team, highlighting the importance of collaboration. After a final breakfast, they returned home, excited about the connections made and future opportunities for teamwork.
