From April 15 to 17, 2025, the three-day Apprentice Network Days event took place. It offered 26 first-year apprentices the opportunity to exchange ideas, network, and learn about the company from new perspectives.
Apprentices from the following locations participated:
- Rheinböllen
- Engen
- Diepenau
- Germersheim
- Kremsmünster
The varied program provided deep insights into the Rheinböllen company headquarters. During a tour of the facilities and professional exchanges with colleagues from different departments, all apprentices learned more about the company's complex processes. A special highlight was the direct dialogue with the management, which gave participants valuable insight into the company's strategic goals and future outlook.
Another highlight was the group trip to the "BashZone" in Mainz. During the subsequent dinner, everyone had the opportunity to network and exchange ideas in a relaxed atmosphere.
