Ten days filled with hands-on experience, teamwork, and new perspectives: Yannik from Engen shares his impressions from his apprentice exchange at the Rheinböllen site. During his stay, he actively supported commissioning and module assembly, assisted colleagues with system setup and exam preparations, and gained valuable insights into technical processes and daily work routines. Beyond the shop floor, joint activities and excursions strengthened team spirit and made the exchange a well-rounded experience.
