Right from the start of my apprenticeship as an Industrial Clerk, I was perceived and valued as a full member of the team. This made the apprenticeship period very enjoyable for me and motivated me to build up knowledge beyond the regular training content. Due to my positive experiences in Finance and Controlling, I completed a degree in Controlling after my apprenticeship and returned to HAHN afterwards. I especially like the strong team spirit as well as the work-life balance thanks to flexible working hours.
Controller
When I started my apprenticeship as an Industrial Mechanic in 2002, the company only had 60 employees. Since then, not only has HAHN grown considerably - I have also been able to continuously develop personally and professionally. From Assembly, I switched to Service at some point, completed the master school and became Team Leader in 2016. I am now responsible for the entire Service department in Rheinböllen and particularly appreciate the mutual support and appreciation, not only within the team but also beyond. At HAHN, you have interesting tasks every day and are not only challenged, but also individually supported.
Manager Customer Service
After completing my degree in Industrial Engineering specializing in Mechanical Engineering, I initially moved to China for a year to work. Afterwards, I applied for a job at HAHN and have been working there as a Project Manager since then. Over the last few years, I have been able to gain a lot of experience with customers in Germany and abroad and constantly developed my skills. In my role as a Project Manager, I experience new challenges with every project, for which we always develop new solutions as a team. This makes my daily work routine interesting and ensures a strong team spirit.
Project Manager
I started in the HAHN Automation Group as an Industrial Clerk Apprentice. During my apprenticeship, I worked in many departments and realized that I liked Marketing best. As a result, I was given the opportunity to write my final project in this area so that I could then join the Marketing Team on a permanent basis. Now I get to work on creative tasks in the team every day and really appreciate my current position.
Junior Marketing Assistant
I started at HAHN in 2019 as a Working Student and was able to gain my first experience in the Procurement department. During my Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, I started working full-time at HAHN and have been supporting the management on various strategic and operational projects since then. I like the fact that the work is really varied and that you learn and grow with every project. What I really appreciate is that I am given a lot of trust and that I can work independently.
