Training & Education Manager m/f/d
Job description
- You will complement our team of trainers within our own Training & Education Centre with regard to the training occupations of electronics technician for industrial engineering (m/f/d) and mechatronics (m/f/d)
- You teach the trainees practical and theoretical knowledge and skills based on the training framework plans
- You assess the learning progress of the trainees and support them throughout the entire training programme
- You will be involved in the further development of training content and concepts
- You are significantly involved in the recruitment and selection of new trainees
- You take on representative tasks at training fairs, school visits, etc.
- You will work closely with other departments, the relevant chambers and schools
Requirements
- Completed training as an electronics technician for industrial engineering (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Instructor aptitude licence and experience as an instructor
- Extensive practical experience in the fields of electrical engineering and mechatronics
- Pedagogical and didactic skills and enjoy working with young people
- High degree of initiative, sense of responsibility and communication skills
