Job description

  • Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities in line with company strategy, acquisition activities.
  • Preparation and implementation of regular customer visits and continuous contact with decision makers.
  • Preparation of bids according to the type of offer (equipment, add-on, upgrade, service, spare parts, etc.).
  • Technical and commercial clarification of enquiries and projects, creation of 2D layout concepts, project costing, coordination of contractors.
  • Technical and commercial clarification of the contract with the customer, processing orders in the ERP system.
  • Cooperation with the project manager and other’s company team’s and coordination of service issues with customers.
  • Marketing activities, promotion and presentation of the employer at various events.
  • Social media activities in line with the employer’s marketing and PR strategy.
  • Place of work: Home office, with regular travel to clients across Poland and occasional business trips to the headquarters in the Czech Republic or Germany.

Requirements

  • Completed university studies in mechanical engineering or secondary vocational education in a technical field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills and presentable behavior
  • Several years of relevant experience in industrial automation, test engineering, mechanical or electrical engineering, or technical sales.
  • Language: Polish (native), English or German (advanced)
  • IT skills (including MS Office, CRM/ ERP systems, communication tools, proficiency in 2D system CAD)..
  • Analytical and conceptual skills, personal initiative and responsibility
  • High level of flexibility, willingness to travel, driving license B
