Job description
The industrial mechanic is THE specialist in mechanical engineering. He assembles complex assemblies from a large number of individual parts, installs the pneumatics, makes adjustments and corrections, installs the assemblies on a machine, checks the function and finally accompanies the commissioning for fine adjustment and error analysis. The profession is therefore very versatile and varied.
The vocational training lasts about 3 to 3.5 years. During this time, you will learn all the necessary skills that an industrial mechanic should have: from metalworking to pre- and final assembly to fine adjustment during commissioning.
